Contact form: when you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent directly to [email protected] via your own email client. No form data is stored on this website or on any third-party database.
Booking & payment: when you request a session via the Work With Me page, payment is arranged directly with Derry, typically via a secure Stripe-hosted payment link sent by email. This site does not collect, see, or store your card details at any point. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the data it collects during checkout (available at stripe.com/privacy).
RFP / brief submissions: the "Submit a Brief or RFP" form on the Work With Me page sends the details and file(s) you provide (organisation, contact details, engagement type, description, and any uploaded documents) directly for review. These are used solely to evaluate and respond to your submission, are not sold or shared with third parties, and are retained only as long as needed to respond to and, if applicable, deliver on the engagement.
Basic site analytics: standard hosting and analytics logs (such as page views and general location derived from IP address) may be collected by the hosting provider for security and performance purposes.
Contact form and booking information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a session, or deliver a service you have requested. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If a scheduling tool (such as Calendly or Cal.com) is embedded on this site, that provider may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy when you interact with the embedded calendar.
