CarbSet is live and in active build: a trust-first marketplace for carbon and impact assets. Alongside it, Realty Valet's first product, HostelHaus, and Sprinkl's goodwill-and-reputation infrastructure are both in active development. Detail on all three is on Track Record.
An ongoing engagement as Senior Technical Expert with GFA Consulting Group on a German Federal Ministry (BMZ)-funded programme, directing human-centric service design for women micro-entrepreneurs across informal markets.
The working argument behind the Capabilities page: that building a platform and governing a platform are the same discipline, viewed from different altitudes, and that most advisory relationships lose value by treating them as separate hires.
